One year has already passed since this time of last year. It feels
like only a few months ago. A quarter has already passed since the beginning of
2016, which feels like only a few weeks ago.
And yet, so many things changed. Effective today, a colleague who
has been working long on an issue I follow retired. I learned the news in
a newspaper. This is really the end of an era.
People move on and nothing stays the same. If there is something
one wants to do, now is the time to do that.
