For the first time in a long time, I could sleep nine hours in total. At 10:30 am, I went out of bed and chatted with an American English teacher I really like on a topic that I discuss only with him.
I quickly made a pasta lunch, took a bath with my favorite bath salt, and did yoga for half an hour following an instruction video available on YouTube.
The thermometer in the balcony showed that outdoor temperature was over 40 degrees Celsius (104 F). I decided it was too hot to go out during the daytime.
Then I took a long time to make pumpkin soup for dinner, so I can have it easily before going to a head spa in the evening.
