Work inevitably involves stress. To mitigate it, I have found it quite useful
to know ultimate career goals of people I work with, because that
helps me understand why they show certain attitude. In other words, it is the
confusion that is the source of stress, rather than the phenomena I encounter.
Even in the same workplace, people could have disparate ultimate career
goals under the same organizational goals. A very capable and intelligent
person could have a surprisingly modest target. Another is pursuing an
objective which was totally unexpected to me.
My ultimate career goal is to make this world a better place to
live. In this process I have always had something to say and cannot stop writing
my thoughts since I was like ten.
